Hobbies Fair 2025

Community showcase

A moment in our story.

Imagine finding artists, fitness addicts and nerds from a plethora of fandoms and subcultures all in the same venue. Well, that was made into reality during Hobbies Fair 2025.

Hobbies Fair 2025 took place at Suntec Singapore Convention Centre. Aimed at providing Singapore’s hobbyists with a physical platform to share their love for their hobby and promote their merchandise, this convention saw a whopping 25,000-strong attendance.

Re:String Guitar Ensemble was offered a stage during the event to perform a handful of songs. Featuring our talented guitarists Ong Chee Wei, Marc Timothy, Albert Ong and Sarah Neo, we prepared a repertoire consisting of Kinjirareta Koi by DEPAPEPE, Kawaikute Gomen by HoneyWorks and - you won’t believe this - Miracle Shopping by Maimi Tanaka. Yes, we performed the iconic song that fills the ears of Don Don Donki patrons. Four guitarists took part across the set, with each piece performed as a trio. With the addictive tone that only three guitars can produce, our guitarists wowed the audience with these songs.

We were honoured to be invited to share our passion for guitar at Hobbies Fair. Having greatly enjoyed our time at the fair, we would like to thank the event organisers for the opportunity and support!
