Eleganza 2024
NTU Piano Ensemble’s flagship concert.
Collaboration
A moment in our story.
Re:String performed at Eleganza 2024, NTU Piano Ensemble’s flagship concert, at SOTA Concert Hall on 7 April 2024. The event brought together musicians from several student and alumni groups.
Our collaboration with NTU Piano Ensemble featured two pieces: Kitto Mata Itsuka by DEPAPEPE and Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence by Ryuichi Sakamoto. The programme paired DEPAPEPE’s acoustic guitar music with a familiar film theme.
The performance featured Brandon Lee from NTU Piano Ensemble alongside Re:String guitarists Ong Chee Wei and Albert Ong. It was an opportunity to bring musicians from both ensembles together in a shared programme.
